FULL FURNISHING
Ideal for homes where construction is not needed, we offer a Furnishing service to achieve that perfect balance between edited and layered. It includes all selections needed such as hard surfaces, wallpaper, paint, drapery, art work, furnishings, and that final layer of accessories for a single room or an entire home.
NEW CONSTRUCTION & REMODEL
Our carefully crafted process for the client who wants us to fully execute a project from conception to reality, our Full Service package includes management of all vendors and tradespeople. Through attention to detail and creative solutions, we design a multilayered finished product that intuitively reflects the needs and preferences of our client.

PHASE ONEPhase 1 will begin with planning and exploring options. We will begin to understand your preferences, lifestyle, and budget. Initially, we will provide conceptual images or sketches, proposed floor plans and preliminary selections of materials. We will review your budget to ensure we are within the proposed spending amount. Once preliminary approvals are in place we will move to finalize floor plans and begin to prepare elevations and if required, 3D renderings.

PHASE TWOThis is where we refine all the material selections ensuring that everything fits into your plan and is within your budget guidelines. We will create a detailed document noting fixtures and finishes for the selected items, coded to coordinate with the Interior Drawing Set. Once approved, we will hand the drawings and specifications to the appropriate professionals. These selections may include: tile, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, interiors doors, hardware, wallpaper, appliances, plumbing, etc.

PHASE THREEIn the third phase, we introduce artwork, furnishings, textiles, paint, and decor. Adding furniture and material selections to the previous phase's space plans and renderings, we explore specific pattern and color preferences to craft a more complete view of each space. As always, the budget is top of mind while making selections, and procurement of trade-only and retail sources will begin once preliminary approvals are in place.

PHASE FOURNext, we put the finishing touches on the design, including furnishings, artwork, textiles, and decor, and arrange for white glove delivery to our third party receiving warehouse for inspection and storage. Each item will be fully inspected as it arrives at the warehouse, and in the event that it is damaged, our team will be alerted and we'll handle a claim on your behalf. Once everything is in the facility, we'll set an installation date!

PHASE FIVEFinally, we begin the installation of your project! We ask for full access to your home on the day of installation to accommodate the many hands that it will require to complete the project. After the main pieces are in place, we add the final layer of styling, and then you are invited to walk through for a final review.
